Great news, Red Arrow’s a "Great Place" (plus an invitation!)
We recently won a Bubbler Award, which was awesome news. As president, I think we’ve created something special here and I’m proud of our hardworking, purpose-driven team. Being recognized by NEWaukee and our community as a “Best Places to Work for Young Professionals” validates our belief that building a great company is the result of building a great team.
As we’ve grown from a startup in 2009 to nearly 120 employees today, we’ve recognized the importance of formalizing how we talk about and support our culture, especially after we joined the Dohmen family of companies a few years ago.
Passion is and will always be the Red Arrow way. While we could be programming the next video game, we like creating solutions that deliver a more efficient, effective and easy-to-use health experience more. Our agile software development process is highly collaborative. As a result, we have a family-like culture, everyone here is a leader, and anyone can champion and run with ideas.
Our core values, or 5 C’s, aren’t just phrases, they are words we live by every day and drive how we work with each other and our clients. Being committed, caring, creative, collaborative and courageous all contribute to a culture that not just young professionals value, but all team members appreciate. We also value diversity in thinking, and that goes beyond tenure—it’s also a differentiator to our success.
As a leader, my passion is building a team that’s pushing software technology in a challenging, rewarding and fun work environment. To support our growth, I’m always interested in meeting people who are passionate about what they do. That’s why I’m a panelist at YPWeek’s The Interview event on April 25, at Villa Terrace in Milwaukee.
If you are curious about Red Arrow Labs, even if you aren’t actively job hunting, I invite you to come and mingle with us. We’d love to tell you about all the exciting things happening, including a new, open-concept workspace in the heart of Milwaukee’s Third Ward. Who knows, you just might be the next person to join our talented team and help us achieve even more great things!
